A cube-style fire dragon made for Minecraft

Ember Cube Dragon is an animated Minecraft-style dragon model by DirtHead. Chunky cuboid shapes, broad wings, curled ivory horns, and pixel textures give it a block built look that feels at home in Minecraft worlds.

This design puts cubes first. Use it as a fantasy creature, dungeon guardian, or the visual centerpiece of your own boss encounter. Open the .bbmodel file in Blockbench to edit the model, textures, rig, and animations.

Minecraft compatibility and setup

The cube-focused design is primarily suited to Minecraft Java projects. The source is editable in Blockbench. Using it in-game requires a compatible model pipeline and your own server or game setup. FreeMinecraftModels (FMM) and ModelEngine integration should be checked against your plugin version and configuration; a plugin-specific integration package is not included.

This is a model and animation asset, not a ready-made boss, plugin, or standalone mod. The animated fire-breath visual is included in the model; enemy behavior, hit detection, damage, sound effects, and MythicMobs or EliteMobs boss scripts are not included.

The animations play in place. Your game or server setup controls movement through the world.

PS1-style game projects

The low-poly forms and pixel textures can also work in PlayStation 1-inspired games, especially when you want a deliberately blocky creature. 

The download is supplied in Blockbench .bbmodel format. Your tools must support that format, or you will need to convert it for your game engine. FBX, OBJ, and engine-specific packages are not included.

License options

Personal License: Use and edit the model for your own personal, noncommercial projects.

Commercial License (total price): The same model, plus permission to use and include it in a larger, complete original commercial work, such as a complete dungeon package or a video game. The finished work must contain substantial original content beyond the model itself. Personal use is also included. This is a one-time fee with no royalties or sales-percentage commission.

Not allowed under either tier: Reselling or redistributing the model as a standalone asset, including edited versions. Adding boss scripts, attacks, or MythicMobs/EliteMobs configuration and selling it as a single boss or mob package is also not allowed. Commercial distribution is permitted only as part of the larger, complete original work described above.
